Liz is a Chartered Architect and an accomplished Estates Director with extensive experience leading complex estate strategies, high-value capital programmes and operational teams across both the public and private sectors. With a career defined by the delivery of transformative development projects, she has successfully managed individual projects in excess of £40m and overseen extensive portfolios valued up to £350m.

Liz has spent the last ten years working as a Director in Estates and Campus Services within Higher Education. She has held strategic responsibility for the university's estate planning and all hard and soft FM operations, leading large multidisciplinary teams of over 350 people. Recent experience has focused on delivering operational excellence and the implementation of significant organizational change to enhance service delivery, against a backdrop of budgetary and net-zero pressures.

As a specialist in capital programmes, Liz brings a collaborative, coaching-led leadership style to every engagement. They are deeply committed to sustainable development and the integration of innovative concepts into the built environment. This is reflected by a 30-year ongoing study into human performance and transformational change, to deliver more intuitive and resilient solutions to challenging estate problems.
